  • We ship to residential and commercial addresses internationally.


2. Order Processing & Production Time

  • All products are custom-made and made-to-order.

  • Production begins immediately after order confirmation.

  • Standard production time may vary depending on the product design, quantity, and customization requirements.

  • Estimated production timelines shared are approximate and for reference only.


3. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines depend on:

    • Product manufacturing time

    • Destination country

    • Shipping method and carrier

    • Customs clearance process

4. Packaging & Handling

  • All furniture is professionally packed using export-standard packaging to ensure maximum protection during transit.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Shipping charges are free, however:

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • If a product arrives damaged or with missing items:

    • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

    • Clear photos/videos of the packaging and product must be provided

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as per our Refund & Return Policy.


8. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • Delays due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer are not the responsibility of VIRATRA ART DECOR WORLD.
